Vienna and Venice

For a total of 4 days we got to visit Vienna, Austria and Venice, Italy. Beautiful cities rich in their own history and culture, were very pleasant to visit. Both are very different from each other. I found Vienna to be more modern, the buildings where large and lavish, and the city was well kempt. The Hapsburg Monarchy resided here in the 1500's til the 1800's when their rule ended. We got the chance to visit museums dedicated to the Hapsburg's reign and way of life. During our time in Venice we visited a handful of museums. I found Vienna to be more about the educational experience. Meanwhile, in Venice we attended 1 museum and what I enjoyed about Venice was the culture and Lifestyle that this city built on water had to offer.
